Toritori-tei's specialty is the branded chicken "Kinso-dori" skewers and the specialty chicken nanban. The chicken used is Kinso-dori from the Mikawa region of Aichi Prefecture!

Kinsou Negima 180 yen ~

Kinsou-dori is a brand of chicken that has been developed using the know-how of the company that produces Nagoya Cochin.It is characterised by its thin skin and low fat content.The feed used is made with added wood vinegar made from natural hardwoods, which means the meat is free of the unpleasant odor that is typical of chicken and is high in protein, soft and bouncy.The processing is also done by skilled craftsmen, who take it apart and glue it down.
